Karen and Pat's passion for the farm life led them to Milam County Texas where they are dedicated to growing the finest wine grapes in the Brazos Valley, and producing spectacular Texas Wines.

En Gedi Vineyards and Winery is a family owned business built on a foundation of faith and family. Our mission is to provide our customers with the finest fruit and wine produced in the Gulf Coast Region of Texas.
One sip and you'll understand. We love what we do and hope that you do too. Nothing fake, just Real Texas Wine, grown, vinted, and bottled right here on our farm and winery in Jones Prairie Texas.

What's in a name? The original En Gedi, mentioned in the Bible, is an oasis located by the Dead Sea. Our land is our oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city life we worked in. It is our En Gedi.

The Perfect Terroir
Situated in North East Milam County, En Gedi Vineyards is nestled into the rolling hills along the Brazos River Valley. A deep, fertile, well drained, sandy loam topsoil sits over a red mottled clay subsoil providing an ideal bed for wine grape production. Ancient petrified trees buried throughout the vineyard provide a unique minerality, enhancing the character of wines produced with our grapes. Ample rain, gentle southern breezes, and plenty of sunshine ripen the fruit to perfection.

Our wines are hand crafted using centuries old techniques at our winery in Jones Prairie. Hand harvested and hand pressed then lovingly fermented to produce wonderfully complex wines.

Our wines are hand crafted using centuries old techniques at our winery in Jones Prairie. Hand harvested and hand pressed then lovingly fermented to produce wonderfully complex wines.
All of our white wines are produced using the yeast that grows naturally in the vineyard, natural wines the way God intended. Our Rose is made for 100% Lenoir (the oldest cultivated grape in North America) producing a wine that is unique and deeply satisfying.
These wines are a joy to the senses with their unique floral aromas and smooth fruity finishes. #RealTexasWine
